Centre Amenities

Guest Services
Our Guest Services are here to make your visit enjoyable. The Centre Management Office is located at the centre entry off Scarborough Beach Road. Centre Management is open from 10.00am to 3.00pm, Tuesday to Thursday.
Please be aware the Centre Management Office is not open Saturday – Monday, Public Holidays or during late night trading.
Your safety and comfort is important to us and we proudly provide security at Hawaiian’s Mezz.
Parking
Parking is located off Flinders Street and Fairfield Street in Mount Hawthorn. We are pleased to offer guests complimentary car parking for up to 4 hours. Our car park is monitored by Parking Enforcement Services. If you have any queries about car parking at Hawaiian’s Mezz, please visit our Guest Services Desk or call 9426 8864.
Parks/Family Friendly
We encourage guests to spend time at our Centres.
We proudly offer an outdoor playground at May Street Larder along with an indoor play area and free Little Library which is located near BWS for guests to spent time and relax.
Parents Room
We welcome families to Hawaiian’s Mezz and for your convenience we are pleased to offer a clean and safe Parents’ Room. Located behind Code Bloom, the complimentary facilities are equipped with a baby change table. We encourage families to use the facilities to care for young children and babies.
First Aid
In the event of a medical emergency, a defibrillator is located near Pete’s Multi Service.
First Aid kits can be accessed by phoning Security on: 0424 566 779.
Wheelchair Access
ACROD Parking is conveniently available at each entrance to the centre with lift access.
Mobility Services
Hawaiian’s Mezz offers wheelchair services. Services can be booked at Centre Management, if you visit the centre regularly, we can arrange to have a recurring booking for you.
Mobility scooters are welcome in the Centre. We kindly ask guests using mobility scooters to operate them in a safe manner. They are not to be driven or used at a pace faster than walking pace.
Post Box
There is an Australia Post Office Box located inside Mezz News.
Pet Friendly
We understand dogs are part of the family.
We offer water bowls which are regularly replenished and dog lead mounts, located near Roti Korner & Bakers Delight.
Lost & Found
Lost and found is located at the Centre Management Office.
Woolworths also has a lost property centre at the customer service desk.
